I built this large wheel of 2m radius and placed 4 smaller wheels each of 70cm radius on the large wheel. On each of the 70cm radius wheels I placed 5 smaller wheels of 10 cm radius.
I started all of the wheels spinning as fast as I could spin them, and then waited to see how long it took for them all to stop.
It actually took 20 minutes for them to completely stop rotating, whereas if you calculated using classical mechanics and the bearing friction, they should stop after 10 minutes.
So there is something wrong with classical mechanics.
